Shipping and Delivery

All online orders placed through Suncoast Truck Spares will be shipped using either Australia Post or TNT/FEDEX. We offer both standard and express shipping where available throughout Australia

Once your order is received with full payment, we will dispatch it within 2 business days. If we are unable to fulfil your order within this time frame, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. This may include substitution for a similar item, shipping direct from our suppliers or refund.

Shipping is calculated based on your orders dimensions and weight. The shipping rate is then automatically calculated using Australia Post/TNT/FEDEX shipping calculator.

Dangerous goods such as aerosols and flammable items attract high shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange delivery of dangerous goods.

We can ship worldwide, however this is not available through our webstore. This is due to restrictions and conditions on some products such as weights and shipping rates that may affect our ability to deliver to your local address. If you have any questions regarding international shipping please contact us prior to purchasing so we can make the most cost effective arrangements. Any customs or import taxes are the customers responsibility.
